Here at Franking Cartridge Recycling we can refill your ink cartridges for a wide range of FP Mailing franking machines. The franking ink that we use is Royal Mail approved which has been tested to meet readability and compatibility criteria for recognition by the Royal Mails high speed IMP / ILSM sorting machines.

How does the FP Mailing refill service work?
Add the refill service to your basket and check out, print a copy of your receipt, then post your empty FP Mailing cartridge with the receipt to: Mailcoms Ltd, Units 7-8 Primary Point, Progress Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0JF. We check the cartridge, refill it with Royal Mail approved ink, reset it, test it and send it back to you.
Is a refilled FP Mailing cartridge as good as a new one?
We refill with Royal Mail approved, Mailmark compliant blue ink and test every cartridge in the FP Mailing machine it is intended for. Every refilled cartridge is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. We guarantee it will be compatible with the machine it is intended for and give the same number of impressions as the manufacturer’s published print life for an original cartridge, or we will give you a 100% no-quibble refund.
How long does it take to get my FP Mailing cartridge back?
We refill, test and despatch your cartridge within 1 working day of receiving it. It is then sent back to you with free standard UK delivery, which takes 3–5 working days.
