How do I find the right refill service for my machine?

Each service is named after the franking machine it is for, and its page lists the compatible machines and the manufacturer’s cartridge part numbers. If you are unsure, call us on 01543 572 776 or email info@frankingcartridgerecycling.co.uk.

How much does a refill cost?

Refill and reset services cost from £44.95 to £149.95 + VAT, depending on the cartridge. Delivery is free on all orders, using our standard 3–5 working day service. A minimum delivery charge of £9.95 applies to some Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore postcodes — see our delivery information for the full list.

How does the refill service work?

Add the refill service to your basket and check out, print a copy of your receipt, then post your empty ink cartridge with the receipt to: Mailcoms Ltd, Units 7-8 Primary Point, Progress Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0JF. We check the cartridge, refill it with Royal Mail approved ink, reset it, test it and send it back to you.

How quickly will I get my cartridge back?

We refill, test and despatch your cartridge within 1 working day of receiving it. It is then sent back to you with free standard UK delivery, which takes 3–5 working days.

Do your prices include VAT?

Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
