Quadient Recycling & Refilling Franking Ink Cartridges Service
Here at Franking Cartridge Recycling we can refill your ink cartridges for a wide range of Quadient franking machines. The franking ink that we use is Royal Mail approved which has been tested to meet readability and compatibility criteria for recognition by the Royal Mails high speed IMP / ILSM sorting machines.
To refill your Quadient ink cartridge you simply click on the right, download the refill form, send it in to us with your empty cartridge. We’ll then refill, test, reset the microchip back to ‘New’ factory settings and call you when its ready to take payment.

How much does a Quadient ink cartridge refill cost?
Our Quadient refill and reset services cost from £44.95 to £89.95 + VAT, depending on the cartridge, with free UK delivery. Quadient’s advertised prices for new cartridges are up to £384.99 + VAT. Each service page shows the manufacturer’s price for comparison.
How does the Quadient refill service work?
Add the refill service to your basket and check out, print a copy of your receipt, then post your empty Quadient cartridge with the receipt to: Mailcoms Ltd, Units 7-8 Primary Point, Progress Drive, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 0JF. We check the cartridge, refill it with Royal Mail approved ink, reset it, test it and send it back to you.
Is a refilled Quadient cartridge as good as a new one?
We refill with Royal Mail approved, Mailmark compliant blue ink and test every cartridge in the Quadient machine it is intended for. Every refilled cartridge is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. We guarantee it will be compatible with the machine it is intended for and give the same number of impressions as the manufacturer’s published print life for an original cartridge, or we will give you a 100% no-quibble refund.
How long does it take to get my Quadient cartridge back?
We refill, test and despatch your cartridge within 1 working day of receiving it. It is then sent back to you with free standard UK delivery, which takes 3–5 working days.
What if my Quadient franking machine is not listed?
